Explanation! Gdynia 13. 08. 2004
In the last half year on my PC have followed
the two very serious attacks of these computer worms and the first
attack (trojan horses) has followed in December, 2003 year and the
second attack ( 41 worm bagles- renewable) has followed 19. July,
2004 before when I had to send e-mail correspondences to Mr. Bush
and to Mr. Kerry (before this democratic convention). These computer
viruses has caused the big dewastation in my documents, files and
applications. For this reason I had to install anew this windows
system, other programs and so on. These persons who have brought
these viral attacks on my computer are irresponsible and very dangerous
for the all taking into consideration this dramatic situation in
Poland, Europe and World (therein in USA). I hope so they will stop
these viral attacks on my computer in the such difficult moment
for the all and in the time when my democratic and legal solution
is the only way that to stop this worldly destruction.
The optimistic information is so that International
Criminal Court in Hague has established in 17. July. 1998 year on
the ground of this Rome Statute (Article 53) is analizing at present
the situation with my and other communications. This analysis will
be official published and then this decision will be taken. This
Statute (therein this Article 53 has called this International Criminal
Court) has ratified the 94 Countries without of USA, Russia and
Israel (to see link

). There
are facts therefore so important is that this information has reached
to of the American nation not only by means of these internet webs.
I hope so the Chief Prosecutor Mr. Luis Moreno-Ocampo will be able
