Protest's Legal Ground

THE LEGAL GROUND OF THIS WEB PROTEST IS THIS FUNDAMENTAL EUROPEAN CONVENTION OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS THEREIN THIS ARTICLE 6 ( THE RIGHT TO OF THIS PROPER TRIAL) AND ARTICLE 10 ( THE RIGHT TO OF THIS FREE INFORMATION AND EXPRESSION).

This Web Protest is the consequence of the unlawful blockade my case (my complaint No 26617/95) in Council of Europe (European Tribunal) in 1997 year and of the unlawful blockade my case in American Government (Supreme Court) and Congress since as above.

My complaint against Poland was lodged in Council of Europe (Commission of Human Rights) in 1993 year and after a legal support (documentations) this complaint was registered in 1995 year by Commission of Human Rights under the Number 26617/95.

This complaint has included two cases:

The compensation due to me after my accident in January, 1988 year on the board of the Greek Ship "Athenian Harmony". My contract between me and Greek Shipowner was secured legally (formally) in 1986 year by the Polish Government. Up to this moment I have not received any compensation in spite of this legal justification in: ITF (International Transport Federation) at London and ILO (International Labour Office) at Geneva.
The introduction in Poland (1991 year) this real democratic government system adapted to of this new Polish national currency defined on the ground of this Polish stock exchange index as the independent element of this Polish free market. The issue from this Polish (communist) government system adapted to of the substitute "zloty" (limited resources in this financial rotation) was the ground of the introduction in Poland this democracy as the part of the building this democratic United Europe with this single European currency. This project was sent in 1991 year to the Polish President's Mr. Walesa, Polish Government, Seym and Mass Mediums. The blockade of the introduction in Poland this real democratic government system adapted to of this new Polish national currency [increase of these financial resources from ~200 billion zloty in substitute to of this ~5 trillion zloty in currency under this substitute exchange rate] was the ground of the direction my complaint to Council of Europe (Commission of Human Rights). About the all facts since 1991 year were informed American Government and Congress.
My registered complaint No 26617/95 was blocked unlawful in 1997 year by this Commission of these Three Members appointed by Commission of Human Rights after a signature in Madrid of this understanding between NATO (Mr. Solana) and Russia (Mr. Primakov) which concerned the introduction Poland, Hungary and Czech to of this military NATO structure. This unlawful blockade by this Commission of These Three Members could not stop my case because This fundamental Convention of Human Rights permitted then on a direction my Complaint direct to European Court's what I have done my letter dated 14. May, 1997 year (this possibility excluded in 1998 year). From this time (despite of these appeals also my personal protest in Strasbourg) Council of Europe (Secretary General) and European Court (President) are silent.

I underline once again that about the all facts were informed (letters and e-mails) American Congress and Government and they have nothing done that to stop this European lawlessness admitting thereby to of:

this tragedy on Balkans, Caucasus, Middle East, Africa, Asia and so on.
this biological extermination "not only" of these East European violated nations has caused exactly this adaptation of these national economies (financial and material expropriation) to of this totalitarian European structure with this substitute "euro" (European communist empire).
this dramatic mad attack on WTC and DC, and?
To of this nuclear (suitcase) attack if American Government (especially Mr. Ashcroft) and Congress will be further blocked my case (against this Polish and European Zionistic agency) in American Supreme Court as the only rescue for the world (therein for European and American nations).
