ITF's Case 

I present the last documents from the ITF's case which is not settled up to this moment for reason of this unlawful blockade in European Court and US Supreme Court.

1) The last document which I received from International Transport Workers' Federation (ITF) dated 24. March, 1993 year.

2) My letter to ITF's President Mr. Hunter dated 24. March,1993 year (page 1)

3) My next monit to ITF's President Mr. Hunter dated 16. April, 1993 year.

On the above documments I have not received the answers therefore this case as the part my complaint No 26617/95 was lodged at Strasbourg in Commission of Human Rights.

I hope so this case (very serious for me and for my family) will be settled by this new ITF's Management (President Mr. Purohit and General Secretary Mr. Cockroft) if this case (my complaint No 26617/95)  in accordance with the law could not be settled in European Court and US Supreme Court.

Maybe Mr. Tony Blair and Mr. Jack Straw will join in the settlement of this case?
