Legal Documents Justified Protest

1) This unlawful decision rejected my complaint No 26617/95 dated 5. May, 1997 edited by this Committee of these Three Members set up by this European Commission of Human Rights after this understanding signed between NATO (Solana) and Russia (Primakov) in Madrid.

under Polish

2) My letter dated 14. May, 1997 year sent to the Secretary General (Council of Europe) about direction my complaint No 26617/95 directly to European Court in accordance with Article 48 and Article 5 of the Protocol No 9 to this fundamental Convention of Human Rights which permitted then on the lodge my complaint (pose the above decision of these three members) directly in European Court (sorry! for quality).

3) The new structure (control mechanism) of the settlement these complaints which has excluded this possibility of the individual lodge directly in European Court in accordance with Article 48 (ECHR) and Article 5 of the Protocol 9 to ECHR. This new structure came into force since 1. November, 1998 year.

Such are facts which have confirmed this European lawlessness.

Yours Sincerely,

Stanislaw Kaczmarek

Gdynia/Poland
