I present below the all document signed by me and sent to the Chief Justice of the United States in September 17, 2003. I hope so this document has reached to him and will be considered (Supreme Court has three months on the consideration of this case on the near conference) in the short time.

I present this document because two months have passed and I have not received a confirmation (e-mail or mail) from the US Supreme Court that this document has reached to them. Understandable is for me a shock in this administration of the US Supreme Court but this fact cannot justify this silence and thereby the lack of the receipt.
